• Lodging: BNB stays for the duration of the project, if one is not already scheduled to be filmed for your content. Costs depend on the location and length of stay.

 

3. Per Diem:

• Meals and Incidentals: A daily allowance for meals and minor expenses at $50 per person per day (2-3 people)

 

Example Calculation:

For a one-day project involving two team members:

• Flights: $750 per person × 2 = $1,500

• Accommodation: $149 per night × 1 night = $149

• Per Diem: $50 per person × 2 people × 1 day = $100
